Everyone needs an “ Angel” in their life!!!

Member of the month Angel Brown has been with Strides for over 3 years, and had lost a total of 178 pounds!!!!

Angel had plateaued and was looking for some extra help so Susan Collins, started training her 3 months ago. In her short time with Susan she has lost 18 pounds (13 pounds of fat & gained 5 pounds of lean muscle mass ) She has lost inches and tightened up all over!

4 inches on her waist
3 inches on her chest
3 inches on her hips
1 1/2 inches on her legs

But not only has she made physical changes she has completely transformed! She has changed her whole lifestyle and her family has started to follow suit.

Susan says, “She is one of the most disciplined, dedicated and hardest working individuals I have ever seen at a gym. Many of times she comes in early in the morning after a very late night shift and puts in 110% with little to no breaks, no complaints and always eager to try new exercises. She is an absolute joy to work with, as she always does what I ask her to do and with a smile on her face. “
