The Aerobic Room

Fully equipped, 1500sq/ft spacious AC/Heated room with yoga accessories, fit balls, weighted body bars & more. Mirrored walls & stereo equipment set the atmosphere to get your cardio pumping!


Cardio Theatre

Leading edge 18 piece cardio equipment with individual monitors, offering TV, internet & multiple workout programs: treadmills, AMT’s (adaptive motion trainers), upright / recumbent bikes, cross trainers & rowers!


The Weight Room

With equipment to help you focus on many specific strength areas, the weight room is well lit, close to our locker rooms, and fully wired for sound.


Spinning Room

Spin classes are a fabulous way to get a vigorous workout, burn calories and keep your muscles in shape. It is an extremely effective 45 minute workout that is great for all fitness abilities. The high energy music with varied routines keep things fresh and motivating. A great way to train in the off season!

Tanning

Lost that golden summer glow? Going south this winter and don’t want to burn? Acquire a healthy looking tan in total comfort, privacy & safety. Choose from 1 of 2, 55 lamp 10 minute stand up booths or from 1 of 2 lay down beds. One features 32 lamps for 20 minutes or 52 lamps for 15 minutes.


Locker Rooms & Steam Baths

Comfort and convenience after your workout is just as important as your program itself. In our well appointed locker rooms you’ll find lovely fixtures, soothing light levels and our steam baths for the ultimate in relaxation!

Our steam baths are located in the men’s and women’s locker rooms. Use of the steam rooms is included in client membership. Benefits include:

  • Helps speed up the healing process of injured tissues and muscles after a physical workout.
  • Moist heat opens the pores of your skin leaving it softer and more supple.
  • The high moisture content is especially useful for respiratory problems like bronchitis, asthma & allergies. This is because steam can clear allergens and mucus from the lungs for improved breathing.
  • After steam bathing, a cold shower will leave you feeling refreshed, revitalized and rejuvenated.
  • A hot shower after steam bathing will encourage a good night’s sleepFeelings of relaxation, reducing stress-related illnesses like high blood pressure and hypertension.
